Dynaspede can also offer wireless, GPS based data monitoring system.
Automation Panel for Printing Machines is to be used with touch screen, operator station and machine. This incorporates controls for unwinder-I, unwinder – II, in feed, main drive, out feed, rewinder-I and rewinder-II. The control panel includes microprocessor based Variable frequency drives to control the induction/Servo motor coupled to the line shaft driving the printing cylinders, the induction/Servo motors coupled to the in feed and out feed rollers and also for unwind & rewinder Motor. The Machines are operated by a touch screen type man machine interface MMI. The MMI will be communicating with the above noted AC drives through PLC by means of Wired Communication and also through digital & Analog input/output. The MMI of touch screen type is supplied along with Operator control Station for setting all the parameters of machine.
